Our New Health and Safety Standards
We are very proud to say that there were not many changes to the way we have protected our guests in the past. It has been our regular and standard protocol to disinfect headsets, chairs, equipment, and all surfaces after each use. Linens and blankets are always washed at the end of each treatment and we utilize disposable protective barriers where necessary.
The following new standards will be incorporated to reduce the risk of exposure.
- Masks must be worn inside our facility by all guests and staff (there will be no exceptions)
- Wearing gloves into the facility is prohibited to guard against cross contamination.
- There will be hand sanitizer provided for all guests to use when entering.
- The staff will be monitoring the number of people in retail and services to ensure proper social distancing.
- Keep in mind that all of our services, other than the salt cave, are in private rooms; therefore; while enjoying your services alone you will be permitted to remove your mask but must place it back on when leaving the room.
- The salt cave will be limited to a maximum of 5 guests to maintain proper social distancing and masks must be worn at all times in the cave.
- Our staff will be wearing masks throughout the day as well as washing or sanitizing their hands.
Please be aware that our services cannot be conducted using the 6 ft social distancing rule, but we will respectfully keep as much distance as possible while fully masked. We are confident that our guests will be respectful to others and adhere to the new regulations set in place. These new health and safety standards are being incorporated to provide a safe, clean, and healthy environment for you while enjoying your time with us.
